Who Am I

My names Nathaniel Drysdale Leggett, and I am a Toronto based photographer. My focus is on automotive, and commercial photography. Growing up I always had an eye for photography, and loved to take photos. In middle school my close friend inspired me to get my first intermediate level point and shoot camera. From there I slowly learned more advanced techniques; which enabled me to think outside the box. Growing up I always struggled to explain how I think, and see the world. Little did I know this is because I have ADHD. Many see ADHD as a hindrance. However, it is my strongest asset. I am able to see the world in a unique way. Using art, and media allows me to show the beauty that I see in everyday objects. I use photos as a way too easily connect with people, and share my passions. My ADHD makes me constantly overthink, and overanalyze; this makes me extremely detail oriented, and I won’t stop until I have the perfect photo. No matter what I am shooting I always capture the moment in a way that is unique to me. I have learned throughout the years how to incorporate different lighting, and photographic techniques to create photos that tell a story from any subject.
